I just completed my training to be a CASA( court appointed child advocate ). As part of the training I got to watch 4 court cases. I was so moved at the compassion for the children and the fact that the children are visibly happy, well cared for, respected. This is as a direct result of the work of the CASA making sure the child's needs are met and recommend s to the court what is in the best interest of the child. I can't wait to be an active CASA. My training was amazing and this may be the best organization I have ever encountered in my 50 years of being an educator
