Our 10 person team had a great week, the staff at Mission Guatemala did an outstanding job teaching us how they work along side the communities, helping them get what they need and involving the the locals in the decision making process. The staff went out of their way to give us a good understanding of the people & cultures of Guatemala. The construction project was organized, materials were onsite and ready to go which allowed the team to get much accomplished. This was my 4th trip to Central America with 3 different organizations, I would rate this trip #1 for relationships with community, staff & volunteers
