I am delighted to write this review in support of HandReach. Earlier this year I had the opportunity to work with Becken Chin and a few of the other Hand Reach staff members, and I have to say, they go above and beyond the call to ensure patients receive exceptional care.

Becken and her staff were sending emails at 3am on behalf of our patient, a 15 month old boy who was severely burned and needed air ambulance service. Becken personally sat down and called every single air ambulance company she could find to ask for assistance. I know this because I called the companies as well and was told that they already spoke to Becken. Not only did Hand Reach help in that capacity, but they also sponsored the patient and his mother’s housing and meals while he received treatment.

Hand Reach is a blessing! Thank you for all that you do for burn victims around the world.
