How much I loved class at Mayanot is illustrated best by the numerous times I sprinted across Jerusalem (in the summer heat) to make it back in time for optional night classes. I felt like a sponge just absorbing everything I could and constantly being challenged. From inviting us to shabbos dinners at their homes to talking to us through lunch to explain things from class, each instructor truly invested in helping us learn. Every student, teacher, and administrator I met at Mayanot left a truly wonderful impression on me and I hope one day to be able to return.
