I have been a member of USITT for more than three decades, and in that time I have had the opportunity and privilege to volunteer in a variety of capacities. USITT has shaped and supported my career at every level, it has provided me a network of highly valued colleagues and mentors, and it has delivered the best professional development and education in the entertainment industry. USITT’s commitment to its members and to the industry as a whole has made it the leader in education, safety training, and diversity and inclusion. At the same time, it continues to demonstrate exceptional resource management and enjoys consistently excellent board engagement, member involvement, and fiscal health. USITT has proven itself to be beyond valuable in so many ways, and I am proud to call myself a member of this organization.
