I entered this organization as an early-career professional and USITT has dramatically impacted my first years in the field. Not only have I gained knowledge through educational programming, I've also had leadership opportunities that helped me build my skill set alongside seasoned professionals. Additionally, USITT is taking multiple steps to advance diversity and inclusion in the field through school visits and the Gateway program. The impacts of these young programs are sizable and setting a strong example for the industry.
