Yes She Can is a new nonprofit organization in Westchester County, NY. When I founded the organization I had very little experience in nonprofits. I was introduced to Volunteer NY and have benefited enormously from their guidance and support. Their volunteer database yielded wonderful volunteers for our organization. When Volunteer NY created their first "Board Speed Dating" event I jumped at the chance to participate. We were fortunate to meet many outstanding prospects and we now have one of the candidates on our board.
