Review for Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organization, Diamond Bar, CA, USA
Stuart Pompel and his staff have done an excellent job of building an outstanding Drum & Bugle Corps. Over the years, all the kids that I have met from the Corps have been the creme of the crop in American youth. Our busines and family have been avid supporters and doners since Pacific Crest's inception.

getting out of rut of placing 16-17th place for the past several years.
One thing I'd also say is that...
it takes about the same number of practice hours to place in the top 12 as it does to place in the top 17.
