Review for REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program, Fallbrook, CA, USA
I have been a volunteer at REINS for over six years. I continue to volunteer here because I have seen that REINS is a very special place. The staff are loving, caring, friendly, and patient. They demonstrate this in their interactions and relationships with the riders, families, volunteers, and horses.
I am very impressed with how much they care and know about each rider. The lessons are tailored to meet their needs. As a result, relationships and bonds with riders and families exist for years. It is a great pleasure to see what a wonderful and important impact they have on the riders and their families.
The true testament is that the families continue to bring their loved ones to REINS. They know that they will receive the best possible care here. This is a reflection of the trust they have in the staff. The fact that they continue to bring their loved ones is a great testament to the REINS program.
REINS is a friendly and safe environment for the people to come and experience joy and fun, while benefitting physically and emotionally from the program. I am very grateful that they allow me to work here. I greatly enjoy the time I spend at REINS.
Review for REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program, Fallbrook, CA, USA
I have been a volunteer at REINS for over two years. From the beginning I began working I realized that REINS is a very special place. Despite my lack of knowledge and experience with horses, I was made to feel welcome. I am grateful for the patience and encouragement I receive from Debbie, who coordinates the program, as well as the entire staff and volunteers. Even the horses put up with me.
The entire staff is loving, caring, friendly, patient, and truly enjoy their jobs. I am impressed with how well they interact with each other as well as the volunteers, riders, and families. There is a great sense of joy along with peace and serenity. The staff demonstrates nothing but love and respect for the riders, families, and horses. I am also greatly impressed with how much they care and know about each rider. The lessons are tailored to meet their needs. Relationships and bonds with riders and families are developed, in many cases for several years.
Everything is done top-notch with the interests of the riders, families and horses at heart. They are not satisfied with the status quo; they are always striving to enhance the program for the benefit of the people they serve.
As in any organization, the attitudes and behaviors of the staff reflect the qualities of leadership. It is apparent that Debbie embodies the best qualities of leadership along with a heart for the people in the program.
The staff and volunteers are passionate about their duties. It is a great pleasure to see what a wonderful difference they make in the lives of the riders and families. REINS is a friendly and safe environment for the people to come and experience joy and fun while physically and emotionally benefiting from the program.
I am very grateful that they allow me to work here. I enjoy every minute I spend here. By the way, I now know that tack is not just something you stick on a bulletin board and which end of the horse a hackamore goes on.
