Review for Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary Inc, St. Pauls, NC, USA
This is a much needed place for cats who would otherwise not find as loving a home. Everyone is fully dedicated to helping them have full lives. BCRS goes beyond to make sure each cat feels special.
