I started with IMPACT as a student in the early 90s and was hooked. I serve on a few boards, and this is the board of my heart. I see such a profound shift and transformation in students in such a short amount of time, that I have literally made my life about making this available to people. I wrote my book, Beauty Bites Beast, about my experience of IMPACT women's basics, and now, my documentary. What we teach really should be available as a matter of Physical education 101.
