I especially like how PAWS isn't just about animal adoption. They are dedicated to helping people keep their pets; providing assistance for the people and their animals. They help with low-cost vet care and give advice to folks who are having problems with their pets' behavior. They provide a source of compassion and help for the animals and the humans in our community. They are a safe harbor in more ways than one.

I am so impressed with the PAWS programs to serve people and animals together! Their PALS program is unique in this area.
