I have worked as a nurse with the Roberto Clemente Health Clinic since its infancy in 2004. The consistent progress of the work of this Clinic in the rural area of the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua is encouraging for sustainability. I feel comfortable as a full time resident of the area to use the Clinic and recommend it to locals and expats alike. Although there are always growing pains, I believe that the Clinic does a good job of managing and diminishing problems.
