Review for Save the Family Foundation of Arizona, Mesa, AZ, USA
I served on the board of Save The Family Foundation of Arizona for 8 years. One of the things that I find most impressive about the organization is its ability to stay the course with clients until they are truly ready to be contributing members of society. The phrase, "Not a hand out but a hand up" is not a cliche for STF. Also, the percentage of donations that go straight into client services is extremely high for this kind of charity. I have found no one who spends their donors' money or their volunteers' time more effectively than Save The Family. It is, or should be, a role model for every charitable organization in Arizona and in the U.S.

Seeing the results of their work. I have attended a number of their client "graduation" ceremonies and heard first hand the life-changing experiences of those who have gone through the program.
