My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance, Dover, NJ, USA
I am writing from Amaro Kelle town, Segeni Zone, SNNPRS, Ethiopia, within the geographic area of Apostolic Vicariate (Diocese) of Awassa. Amaro Kelle is in remote countryside region, located 205 km from the regional capital of Awassa and 480 km from the national capital of Addis Ababa.
Since 2014, as a Catholic Church pastoral and social/development in Amaro district, we have continued to work towards “Integral Human Development” through the opening and running of multiple social services including Laflitsa Catholic Complete Primary School, children’s social services (nutrition, literacy and other children’s ministries, women promotion activities, and other services towards the poorest and the Orphan children supported also by this nonprofit alliance namely: Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary alliance through Merla Ricafranca who is the Director and founder. Fr. Pius Prosper Nagawantu is the School Director.
Through donations received since 2004 from Mary Queen of Missionary Alliance, 17 Orphan students have been and are continued to be supported 100% in their education, food, clothing, shelter and medical. Today out of 17 students, four of them have succeeded to join Secondary education level having performed very well at primary school level, hoping that tomorrow they will become human beings with full dignity and self supportive.
Below are some students now in secondary level education
