I'm a frequent visitor here with my many tnr cats and fosters. The people here have almost become a second extended family.

They treat every animal like it's their own, with care and kindness. It doesn't matter if it's a feral cat who's trying to eat them or a puppy who is trying to lick them to death. They treat them with the same gentleness and that is very rare in the vet business.

Last year I saw that there was a litter of kittens and a mamma cat living under a dumpster. I wanted to help them, but was unsure of what to do after I trapped them. So I started calling everyone and anyone looking for help.

No one would help me. Not one organizarion either had room or wanted to deal with me.

Then I called someone from cats-can and she was so kind and helped me find homes for the kittens, absolutely wonderful loving homes, and a barn home for mommy and daddy kitty.

Ever since they helped me I have been volunteering for them. I have seen so much kindness pour from these people while helping as many people and cats from the community as they possibly can. Keep in mind that everyone is a volunteer that everyone also has a day job and then they juggle cat rescue. It's pretty amazing actually.

I think there have been over 400 adoptions so far this year. Over 400 homeless cats not have homes.
