I have worked as an near-death experience (NDE) researcher for 11 years and found that IANDS is the only source of reliable information about NDEs. IANDS is devoted to helping NDE experiencers (NDErs) and their families understand and adjust to this profound, life-changing event. IANDS helps to educate medical professionals and the general public about NDEs so that NDEs are not misdiagnosed and NDErs are not considered crazy. Finally, IANDS encourages NDErs to spread the message of their experience as a source of inspiration and transformation to everyone. I believe that NDEs will provide the key to unlocking the mysteries of consciousness and the nature of reality and IANDS will be at the forefront of those discoveries.
