Review for Family Place Inc, Dallas, TX, USA
The Family Place provides over 150,000 service hours each year, shelters over 1,000 women, children and men, and provides transitional housing to nearly 200 women and children. When families are in the care of The Family Place, they strive to meet all of their needs – housing, food, medicine, education, just to name the major ones. Through intervention, emergency shelter, and crisis counseling for all victims—women, children and men— The Family Place saves lives and through transitional housing and case management, The Family Place transforms lives for the better. I am currently a Board Member of The Family Place, and have been for five years. The dedication and perseverance of Paige Flink, the Executive Director, and the entire staff of The Family Place to make a difference in the lives of our citizens is extraordinary. They are exemplary stewards of the resources they obtain, providing comprehensive, quality services to remarkable numbers of people.

I've heard many clients talk about how their lives and the lives of their children were first saved, and then changed forever for the better. I have seen the children smiling and playing instead of being trapped in a terrorizing situation.
