My experience has been following 1LFL online and it's been very uplifting and motivational, and great knowledge shared. Frequent challenges for fitness, better nutritional choices, and being financially wise and ethical are also very helpful to keep focused on positive living. Great community of people helping and challenging each other to live life fully and holding each other accountable.
