I began my involvement with the Domestic Violence Project, Inc. (DVPI) in November of 2008 as an Advisory Board Member. I have been extremely impressed with the continuous attainment of the organization's goals. To quote Jennifer Gipp, Director, Marketing & Development for DVPI, "The work we do to support and empower women is critical in today’s society. •Gain recognition and improve community loyalty •Reach new partners and retain loyal donors •Strengthen communication for use in internal & external situations" I have been involved with a number of events to assist with reaching these goals, and believe this to be of great strength to the local community.
