I had the great honor of working for the OCRCC for eight years. The staff and volunteers are dedicated and highly capable of providing healing services to survivors and their loved ones. The OCRCC is focused on survivors reclaiming their power and do an excellent job of balancing survivor needs with advocating for improvements within the various systems of care. The organization is held in high-esteem for its ability to provide consistent traditional and alternative support group based healing therapies. In addition to working directly with survivors and their loved ones, the OCRCC also works to prevent sexual violence by educating students from pre-k to college about healthy relationships.

The one thing that sticks with me from my time at the organization is that you could always find a staff member or a volunteer with a smile on their face. Although the topic is difficult, and the mission is large, the organization and its people have the biggest hearts and make the environment an honor to work in.

The OCRCC is a safe place for survivors in need of help. It is a place where you will always be believed. Additionally, the administrative staff takes great pride in the efficiency and accuracy of agency finances. They make great use of every dollar donated to the organization and hold donors and volunteers in high regard for their support.
