Review for TANZANIA DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT NFP, DeKalb, IL, USA
This is a wonderful group that connects people with each other in a meaningful way to do work projects that local community members have asked for. The strength of this group lies in its personal connections in the community. We volunteers worked side by side with local volunteers and got to know them on a personal level. The organization is small and flexible enough to allow us volunteers to branch out from the project at hand and devote some time and skills to other projects that came up during our stay in the community. We had a local guide and were well cared for as we worked and learned. Highly recommended this group.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
seeing the progress made on the girls dorm for the high school. If more girls can go to school poverty will be alleviated.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
connecting on a personal level with members of the community where we worked. Being able to share my skills.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
devoted, competent, and flexible. Able to make any type of arrangements for the good of the project and the needs of the volunteers.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
help the small rural communities in Tanzania pull themselves out of poverty and sickness.
