I have been working hand in hand with the Shoes That Fit program, and I cannot express the amount of gratitude and support the program has given me over the years. This program has allowed hundreds of children in my school to be able to gain confidence and take pride in a necessity that many of us take for granted on a daily basis. They feel like they belong because they do not have to be ashamed of factors that they have no control over. This positive impact carries over to the parent/guardian who does not have to worry about the financial and emotional burden of their child not having new shoes. I just want to thank all the employees at Rack Room Shoes that work so hard to make this program available to my families. They make such a positive impact on so many lives.
