Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA provides job training and career education services annually to approximately 25,000 people throughout its 35-county service area in Georgia and South Carolina. In addition, Goodwill's Helms College provides nationally accredited post-secondary education, with diploma and associate degree programs in Culinary Education at the Polly Long Denton School of Hospitality in Macon and at the School of Hospitality in Augusta, and certification programs in the School of Health Services in Augusta.
Goodwill partners with other nonprofit agencies to assist clients, including the Augusta Warrior Project and Habitat for Humanity. Two Goodwill sites in Georgia also have been named Stations of Hope through the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, offering specific career services to citizens who previously were incarcerated.
