I am so thankful for my experience at APES. Everyone that volunteers there truly loves and cares about the primates. Pam White works so hard to keep the sanctuary running for her babies (the primates :) ). She cares about her volunteers as if they are her own children as well. If you want to support an animal nonprofit organization, this is the one! :)
