Coming up on my 8-year anniversary volunteering at ARL Boston, I often reflect on how proud I am to be affiliated with this organization. In my role as a "Feline Mod Squad" member, in which I work as a veteran volunteer focusing on cats, I am able to assist staff and volunteers in helping create happy tail endings for hundreds of homeless cats each year. In addition to volunteering in the shelter, I also participate in the Adoption Ambassador program, which recently enabled me to find permanent placement for a cat I was fostering in my home. My experience with the ARL has been so rewarding, and the dedication of employees and my fellow volunteers inspires me every day!
