We lost our sweet Bassett, Jagger, in March of 2015 and our family was devastated. We waited a year for our hearts to heal (which they never do) and decided we were ready for another Bassett. I found Birch on the NTBHR website and what a great organization to work with. I love how they made sure their babies were going to a good home! I sent pictures, spoke with Birch's foster mom often and finally brought our sweet new baby home to Waco Texas. Birch is not only loved by his family but by the entire neighborhood! He stops to visit EVERYONE he sees on our twice a day walks! NTBHR is an organization who truly cares about these fur babies. I recommend them to anyone who wants to be "owned" by a Bassett Hound!
