I was looking to adopt a Basset after ours passed away, but I felt like I wasn't quite ready, so I became a foster parent. Since I joined the rescue, any issues I've had with my first foster Basset have been handled in a timely manner with great communication and they have done everything possible to help me and my foster. I plan on being a part of NTBHR for a very long time!
