This is the rescue that gives hope to a high kill shelter that has only one rescue partner – Feral paws rescue. This is an awful shelter with extremely high intake; sometimes 80 or more cats today. Most of the staff are not animal people and infect make extremely arbitrary decisions about what cats will live and what cats will die. Feral paws is a ray of hope injected into this mess. I am strong deep friends with this rescue and do volunteer work for them even though I am on the East Coast. Because they give me optimism in the mess that is Southern California animal shelters.
