I adopted my dog from Paws New England in March 2014. The adoption coordinator contacted me within a day of my filling out the online application. She was prompt, open to all my questions and very candid about what it is to adopt a dog sight unseen. We spoke over the phone and another volunteer came in person to do a home check. Within a week and a half of inquiring I was approved and picking up my new best friend from quarantine. Every step of the adoption process was professional, efficient and informative. Best of all I got my best friend! She arrived in Massachusetts safe and sound and I can't imagine life without her!
