As a cat rescue/sanctuary shelter myself, I respect and admire the work BCR does! They go above and beyond for each and every cat that crosses their threshold! TLC for however long each cat has is given above and beyond by the BCR staff!

I've been a financial as well as a fellow rescue/sanctuary supporter of BCR for many years. Not many shelters or rescues or sanctuaries out there that take special needs like BCR does. My own shelter Scooter's Place only takes special needs so I know what is in the hearts of all who work and support BCR!

I am a sanctuary for abused cats in Texas and Minnesota. I do physical and socialization therapy on brain damaged, ,blind, crippled, whatever type of physical and or mental issues that grace the front door of Scooter's Place. So BCR touches my heart beyond words for being a sister sanctuary for very special cats.

I run a shelter for cats that have been abused physically and emotionally. I love what BCR stands for and their core motto of providing a loving home for unwanted, not perfect cats- which is near and dear to my heart. I love supporting them with purchases of coffee, calendars, cookbooks, etc. May they always be here to continue their amazing work!

I not only am a donor, but I am a sister cat shelter that specializes in providing physical and socialization therapy on special needs cats and kittens. I know the same hearta aches and joys that BCR feels daily. Financial support is a definite must for BCR but just as important is the emotional support of donors and sister/brother shelters. I tip my hat to you, BCR!
