| feel BCR is the best of the best! This nonprofit shelter promises a forever home to kitties who otherwise would be euthanized. BCR stands by their ideals by literally providing a forever home that is forever. After a kitty passes they are lovingly burried in a beautiful memorial garden with beautiful flowers, bird feeders, memorable stones too! So again once a kitty reaches BCR, THEY TRULY HAVE FOUND THEIR FOREVER HOME
