We adopted an Amazon from Mickaboo in December, and are so glad we went to Mickaboo first. Mickaboo's volunteers foster birds in their own homes until the right person comes along. They work hard to make sure their rescue birds will go to loving homes and they do everything they can to ensure the person adopting the bird understands the birds needs.
