In May 2016, I attended the Simonton Cancer Counseling Retreat at the gorgeous setting of La Casa de Maria, Santa Barbara. As a cancer patient attendee, I received a profound experience to further my own healing process. While participating in a small group, we learned skills to change our beliefs to transform our lives. In addition to experiential meditation/guided visualization/play therapy, I am so grateful to SCC to learn powerful tools for identifying beliefs/emotions/response as a component of my healing process. I highly recommend their counseling/training.
