The stories about the horses touch me deeply. They are given a second chance at Mylestone Equine Rescue and they flourish. I was so surprised to learn that many of the older horses get fed small meals 7-9 times a day. These older horses don't have teeth to be able to properly chew hay. I didn't realize how much work went into caring for the horses. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour.
