Ideally, a great safe place for abused women. BUT Ms Ti, the case worker/advocate is not helpful. Very rude and deaming to residents. Causes women to lose jobs to attend her 'mandatory meetings'. Her moods decide who will get a bus voucher. This should be a place to help women get back on their feet and not down the pit back to the hands of the abuser or welfare system
