Working with Asheville Humane Society is always such a pleasant experience. My favorite program, and the one I use the most, is their foster program. We have barn cats and every once in awhile kittens. They are always very helpful in taking the kittens and placing them in foster homes....saving their lives.

Working with and volunteering for the Asheville Humane Society over the past couple of decades has been such a rewarding experience. The organization is truly the best at animal welfare. A shining star!! Any who have adopted from them or volunteered for them can attest to their professional yet compassionate approach to caring for each of the furbabies. They especially excel in the foster program. Here are two of my recent finds that they took in and cared for. I am assured they found living homes.

Having volunteered with, contributed to, fostered through and adopted from Asheville Humane Society I can honestly say they are the best in the business. It is always a pleasure to work with the staff, they are pleasant, professional and good stewards of the resources they receive.
