I've been involved with Dogs on Deployment since November of 2012 and have loved every minute of it. Being a single, active duty sailor in the US Navy, I love being part of an organization that helps people who are just like me. We don't always live near our families, and when we are called to serve our country, and are unable to take our pets with us it means so much to know that there is a huge network of loving families and boarders who understand how important our pets are to us and are able to provide us with the security and peace of mind we need so we are able to do our jobs and do our jobs well.
