The training is spectacular and will build you up for your trip and far beyond that. Make sure to stay on top of everything because they really are trying to help you be independent with responsibilities, but have an incredibly strong team to lean on. Everything that YMI does is bathed in prayer. Some of my best experiences were with this organziation
