Review for Diamond in the Rough Youth Development Inc, Snellville, GA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Diamond in the Rough is phenomenal, this organization has innovative and engaging programs for girls, Moms and Dads. The volunteers are excellent at meeting the needs of the kids from ages 5 through 12 grades. My daughter and granddaughter both graduated and are doing well in college from the things they learned at Diamond in the Rough.

My daughter has been apart of the program for nine years & I have been a volunteer as well. This organization is my second family, they operate on love, integrity, honesty and transparency to transform each child, family, & community.

Diamond in the Rough has been an inspiration to me, a blessing to my daughter and life-changing for many girls in the community. We have been a part of DITR for three years and plan to continue until God tells us different. This organization operates in excellence and is rooted and grounded in faith and love. It is helping my daughter blossom into a leader and understand that she has a voice, is priceless and can make a difference in her peers lives as well as others. As a parent volunteer, Diamond in the Rough's mission statement is equivalent to my life's mission to transform one child, family and community for the positive. So I don't see me or my family being any other place than DITR, They are our village that it takes to raise a child!
