I first learned about Chris DeRose and Last Chance for Animals (LCA) in 1988 when I read an article in the LA Times (I believe? Might have been The Daily News) about actions he took to expose the elephant abuse at the San Diego Zoo.

Since then I have supported Last Chance for Animals. They boldly go undercover to expose abuses of animals and have successfully stop criminals from continuing their immoral atrocities against animals.

LCA is frugal with donation dollars and gets a big bang for every buck they receive to stop animal abuse all around the world. My only disappointment is that I don't have unlimited funds to donate to expand the work of LCA even further. LCA is a top-notch advocate for our innocent, voiceless, fellow creatures.
