Wonderful program with a very dedicated, encouraging instructor!!

This is a wonderful program with a dedicated and committed instructor, Jacqui Errico.
We come in all shapes and sizes,levels of competence, all ages and body types, but we share one common goal, the desire to regain our strength, reclaim our health and carry on to the best of our ability! Its fun and healthy and Im grateful to have found this awesome group!
