TASTC is an outstanding, no-kill shelter located in Houston, MO, serving a wide area of the Ozarks. Facility is meticulously clean, staff is knowledgeable and caring. No tax dollars fund this shelter.

TASTC has earned a reputation for doing what other shelters don't - accepting the injured and abused; those malnourshed, mange-infested, hard-to-place pups and returning them to health.

Consider this girl; hit by a car and left to die on the side of a road. She's had surgery to mend her broken bones, and is recovering in foster care. Donations helped cover in excess of $1200 in veterinary care.
