Thank you Operation Second Chance!!! Today I just got a Second Chance.
My Electric Bill had been off since April. I was referred to your agency and after filling out a brief application which included my story and my financial situation I was given the opportunity to start all over and have my Electric Service restored. I now have a care taker that has put my life back together so this doesn't ever happen again. Thank you again Operation Second Chance, your assistance has meant so very much to me.
