I'm 81 yrs. old. I've been contacted by numerous charities for animal welfare over many years. Some have proven to be less than successful in their efforts and I don't send them money anymore. Because my funds are limited I have only a few that I feel are the most important to include in giving. Last Chance for Animals is one of them. I first learned of their work over 16 yrs. ago and have seen them expand their efforts globally to include welfare of various animals. What impresses me is the fact that they actually send undercover agents to verify how animals are being mistreated and then notify the proper authorities and the public. Their work is of great importance to those of us who try to donate to the worthiest of animal welfare groups. R. Freskos
