In my experience, PWNA is managed very professionally -- resulting in great services and efficiency in their relief and development efforts. They are not just meeting the immediate needs of the people, but they are also developing long-term solutions to support the initiatives of their partners on the reservations. I've worked with PWNA for several years helping them to collect the products they need to serve the people in their care, and I've been continually impressed by them throughout that time. The organization is well put together, and the individuals truly care about the people they serve.
