As a longtime beach side resident as well as a native Floridian I had the misfortune of walking my two poodle size dog's past tommy gasiorowski house with them off of the chain and he told me to leash them .after I politely said no he went into a rage following me for two blocks with a video camera in an hand and mase spray in the other.this person is highly unstable and if you too become a victim of this person do not approach him and call 911 immediately because he is armed and dangerously unstable.
