Review for Slate Foundation, Santa Monica, CA, USA
The Slate Foundation is an effective model because they target the source of the problem, and they understand that you can't separate out the human issues from the natural and animal. Their programs effectively empower and feed disadvantaged African women and children, while simultaneously saving nearby populations of wildlife. Brilliant. If I were to choose one non-profit to donate my time, passion and efforts to, it would be The Slate Foundation.
