The upper management at St. John Specialty Care Center is horrible. They do not care about the residents and couldn't call them by name. Family concerns are acted upon only because it is a regulation. The staff turnover is constant from managers to housekeepers. The line staff truly care about the residents but their hands are tied and their spirits broken by upper management.
