A few days before I applied to Opportunity Junction I had lost my job. I had no idea what I was going to do, and I had always had problems getting a new job. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, and I didn’t have much hope for my future. So, when I was sitting at the orientation for Opportunity Junction I was amazed at how great this program was, and all I was able to think about was how I had no chance at getting in. But for some reason, I was able to get into. I was given second chance at making something out of my life. And I am truly grateful to everybody here for accepting me into this great program and giving me this great opportunity. I’m grateful to the staff, for one, teaching me computer skills, so that I can be qualified for office jobs, and two, for the life skills, so that I could get through the issues that were going on in my life. And now I have been able to start a new career in business administrations.
